Basic Information
New product (not saved)
Unique identifier. Used by WooCommerce for stock + relations.
Full product name visible in the shop.
Variable = parent product + multiple variations (color/size).
On backorder = customers can buy even if stock is 0; actual behaviour depends on WooCommerce backorder settings.
Used only for simple products. Variable products use variation stock.
Pricing
For simple products. Leave blank for variable products (set prices on variations).
Optional discount price.
Attributes & Shipping
Comma separated WooCommerce categories.
Optional comma separated tags.
Goes into Attributes as Material|Cotton.
Comma separated SKUs to upsell. Use search to find existing SKUs.
Comma separated SKUs to show in cart. Shows “No products found” if nothing matches.
Product Images
First image = Featured. Drag using the handle or click ★ to feature.
Upload images. WooCommerce will download them from these URLs during CSV import.
Variations (Color / Size)
When you change product type to Variable, at least one variation row will be added automatically. Each row becomes a WooCommerce variation with its own SKU, price, stock, and image.
Actions
1) Fill in fields → 2) Save product → 3) In the left list, select products and click Generate CSV for Selected or Delete Selected.
